文章摘要:十八大以来,我国城乡居民收入水平和生活水平有了显著的提高,居民消费占GDP的比重不断上升,居民消费规模不断扩大,城乡居民的消费结构明显改善,从满足基本生活需求发展到追求健康享受的生活,“互联网+消费”进一步释放了消费潜力。十九大以来,新时代、新矛盾对我国消费的规模扩大、结构优化、区域平衡等提出了新的要求,人民日益增长的美好生活需要使得追求健康享受生活的服务型消费迅速增长,高质量、高品质、个性化、特色化消费渐成趋势。在新时代、新矛盾背景下,我们需要从以下四个方面促进我国消费结构不断升级:不断营造良好的消费环境,扩大服务性消费;调节收入分配,优化消费主体结构;优化产业结构,有效对接消费需求;大力推进“互联网+”,创新消费模式。

Abstract:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the income level and living standard of urban and rural residents have been significantly raised. The proportion of household consumption in GDP continues to rise. The scale of household consumption continues to expand. The consumption structure of urban and rural residents has been significantly improved. Demand grows to the pursuit of healthy life. The mode of ‘Internet + consumption’ further unlock the consumption potential. The 19th NCCP have set new demands on the scale expansion,structural optimization and regional balance of consumption in our country. The growing people’s good life requires the rapid growth of service-oriented consumption in pursuit of a healthy life,high quality and high quality. Personalized,personalized consumption gradually become a new trend. Under the new contradictions in the new era,we need to promote the continuous upgrading of China’s consumption structure from the following four aspects:continuously creating a good consumption environment and expanding service consumption;adjusting income distribution and optimizing the structure of consumer subjects;optimizing the industrial structure and effectively meeting consumer demand;Vigorously promoting the ‘internet +’ and innovative consumption patterns.
