中国宏观经济形势与政策：2017～2018年
文章摘要：2017年，中国经济稳定增长且进入新一轮经济周期的扩张阶段，已经结束2002～2016年的完整波谷—波谷经济周期。2018年，中国经济应该实行更加积极的财政政策和货币政策，通过反周期需求管理的扩张操作，进一步促进经济复苏从而实现总体经济景气的正常化，努力恢复中国经济发展的高储蓄—高投资—高增长模式，以重新启动中国经济快速赶超进程。
