Abstract:Since 2017，the Chinese economy has continued its steady upward trend. The national economy has shown a trend of steady operation，structural optimization，conversion of kinetic energy，and improvement of quality and efficiency. The 19th National People’s Congress of the Communist Party of China has greatly encouraged and strengthened the people’s confidence and determination in building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era，and has mobilized all aspects of enthusiasm and creativity. 2018 is the first year of fully implementing the spirit of the 19th CPC. China is still at an important strategic stage，and there is a good foundation for economic and social development. Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s socialism with Chinese characteristics，the creativity and vitality of the entire society will continue to be stimulated，the quality and efficiency of development are expected to continue to rise，and the economy will maintain a steady and favorable development trend.
