2015～2016年湖北文化艺术创作生产发展报告

Abstract:There are a great varieties of forms and the artistic creation is active in Hubei Province in 2015. The second arts festival and the sixth chu opera art festival of Hubei are held successively，and the literary works of “China Dream” are created wonderfully. Ramming the drama culture of hubei is down from the aspects of system construction，personnel training and so on. Several huimin performances are carried out regarding the people as the core. And the record of major art projects is very good. But now，the problems of low artistic quality，talent shortage，lack of planning conception，policy implementation also serious in the process of artistic creation. Therefore，team construction，personnel training and so on are needed to be done to make efforts to further development of the art.
