“一带一路”沿线国家网络信息安全合作研究

Abstract:While the Internet has brought great opportunities to mankind，it also has spawned a lot of challenge such as network leaks，Internet rumors and online fraud activities.All the B＆R countries are facing the common threats of network information security，and network information safety accidents occur frequencily which caused serious losses to the countries.As a result，many countries attach great importance to network information security，and establish laws，regulations and management institutions.In the present China has close ties on Cyber security with neighboring countries including Japan and South Korea，Southeast Asia countries，Russia and other SCO countries.The protection of network information security is the basis for regional cooperation in information technology and digital silk road construction，should become an important content of the B＆R Initiative，the B＆R countries should reach consensus on Cyber security and deepen cooperation to protect regional network security.
