Abstract:As an important cornerstone of the national economy，national welfare and the people’s livelihood and national security，industry is facing great challenges of global new technological revolution and industrial changes，especially the significant changes of manufacturing patterns，manufacturing tools and ecosystems caused by the deep integration of the new generation of information and communication technology，intelligent science and technology and manufacturing technology. Guizhou Industrial Cloud takes cloud manufacturing as the theoretical basis，directly instructed by the Economic and Information Commission of Guizhou Province and contracted by the Guizhou Aerospace Cloud Network Technology Co. Ltd.. Besides，on the basis of INDCIS platform，the services provided by the Guizhou Industrial Cloud could be divided into several parts such as cloud manufacturing services，industrial products store，industrial internet of things，cloud resources services，innovation and entrepreneurship，value-added services and area services. Additionally，with the characteristics of combining the online services with the offline services，combining manufacturing with services and combining innovation with entrepreneurship，Guizhou Industrial Cloud provides enterprises with the cloud service，covering the whole process and all elements of manufacturing，to create a manufacturing cloud ecosystem that adapts to the Internet economy and new industrial systems. What’s more，taking technological innovation，business model innovation and management innovation as significant strategic initiatives to help enterprises in Guizhou to achieve transformation and upgrading，Guizhou Cloud is an information resources platform for enterprises to obtain policy information，industry information and cloud manufacturing resources. It is also an application service platform to help enterprises reduce inventories，cut excessive industrial capacity，reduce costs，improve the quality，expand the market and realize the integration of manufacturing and internet.
