互联网时代管理变革的中国创新

Abstract:This paper argues that China’s innovation of management change in the Internet era mainly contributes to forming the management experience and management theories of third generation management with the core of complexity paradigm，which is different from the American management style（Management 1.0）and the Japanese management style（Management 2.0）. Based on the shift of management paradigm，this article systematically states the clues of the network management change and the contribution of China to the formation of third generation management（management 3.0）in theory and practice. Also，the new problems and new focus of network management are refined and summarized and the systematic progress of China’s network economics management is reviewed in this article. This paper emphasizes on introducing the management thinking and the management system，which originate from Internet practice，have formed a self-contained system but are still in the breeding process.
