越南藩切华人的关帝崇拜

Abstract:There is a large-scale Guandi temple with a long history in Phan Thiet，a provincial capital in the south of Vietnam. The temple embodies cultural beliefs of the Chinese community there，and has become the highest representative body，being the spiritual and cultural center for the local Chinese community. Though the ethnic Chinese Halls gradually lost their influence in Vietnam，while Guandi temple in Phan Thiet still possesses tremendous strength and strong vitality. The worship of Guandi has been the common belief and faith of both the ethnic Chinese and the Vietnamese in Phan Thiet. Every two years the whole Phan Thiet celebrates Grand Guandi Parade，which has become the new visiting card of the city.
