Abstract:New Zealand experienced a stable development in almost all national affairs while the sudden resignation of Prime Minster John Key caused hardly any negative consequences.However with the influence of worldwide anti-globalization and populist movement，New Zealand politicians found that it was not easy to promote a more open market toward foreign investment and trade.In especially，the Labors witness a severe split on ratifying TPP agreement.Terminating a weak growth of economy in 2015，the revival of international market stimulated a better performance of New Zeeland economy since early 2016.However the rocket up of the housing price in central cities including Auckland and Wellington made public opinion worry about the future of real estate market that will always haunted government.
