Abstract:In recent years，with the advance of China’s “The Belt and Road” initiative，the activities of diet cultural communication between China and the Arab countries has been increasing. It is worthy of great concern and study that the Sino-Arab diet cultural communication will inevitably bring about the development of related industries such as catering industry and tourism industry，promoting the cultural development and progress between China and the Arab countries. To enter the market of the Belt and Road countries and push the cooperation and communication with the Arab countries on diet culture，it is necessary for Chinese food enterprises to acquire more in-depth knowledge of such questions as the complex geopolitics，the various local conditions and customs，as well as the differences in the attitude toward China. Food optimization will become the new trend of Sino-Arab diet cultural communication. The Sino-Arab diet cultural communication will be deepened through the mechanism perfection on the Halal food certification.
