Abstract:With geographical advantages，preferential policies and expanding industry scale provided by the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone，the Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone has developed rapidly cross-border e-commerce to nation leading in terms of numbers of registered enterprises，registered commodities and business volume. However，there still exist the problems including insufficient supporting facilities and policies，scattered and unplanned business and imperfect regulations which need to be addressed specifically so as to further promote industry agglomeration and healthy development to build a demonstration area for cross-border electronic e-commerce.
