文章摘要：2016年9月广州市出台《关于加快规划建设北部山区特色小镇的实施方案》，计划在四年内建设30个特色小镇。广州特色小镇发展的社会指向应是城乡生活的重构，使小镇宜居、宜业、宜游，成为枢纽型网络城市的重要节点和都市生活疏散域。
