韩国农业职业教育的经验与启示

Abstract:On the basis of an outline of the formation，development and changes in ROK's agricultural vocational education，this article discusses with emphasis its model of management，promotion mechanism，and social effects，with special attention paid to the Korean government's educational policies of ideological education and knowledge upgrade.The model of management is the government playing the leading role，to be followed by a cooperation between the manufacturing industry and research institutions.There are certain incentive schemes to ensure that this agricultural vocational education stays in alignment with the development of agricultural specialisation.This article equally discusses what China can learn from South Korea in terms of educational reform in rural areas.
