2016年以色列创新竞争力及中以创新合作

Abstract:Israel is known as “the Innovation Nation” and “the Second Silicon Valley” in the world. Its excellent R&D system and its world-wide innovation network contributed to the operation of Israel’s national innovation chain. In 2016，Israel retained the strong momentum of innovative competitiveness and was in the front rank of the global innovation index list. China’s Belt and Road initiative received an active response from Israel. The cooperation in innovation between these two countries was conducted in many fields and obtained remarkable results. In March 2017，Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu visited China and the two countries announced the establishment of an innovative comprehensive partnership，which marked a new stage in Sino-Israel innovation cooperation.
