偃师市实施创新驱动发展战略研究

Abstract:The implementation of the strategy of innovation-driven development is the basic way to deal with transformation of the economic development mode and adjustment of the economic structure. Since the beginning of 12th Five Year Plan，Yanshi has achieved some successes in innovation-driven development，accumulated rich experiences，and also confronted with difficulties and bottleneck of unexpected. This paper proposes that Yanshi should take measures from such five aspects：strengthen leading role of the innovative subject，deepen the opening up and cooperative development，speed up the construction of public service platform，and cultivate the innovative talents as well as the innovative culture，thus stepping up efforts to promote the innovation-driven development to a high and top level.
