着力增强消费需求对“稳增长”的拉动作用

Abstract:Since the “12th Five-Year” period，the contribution of consumer demand to economic growth has gradually come out of the long and continuous decline. In the “13th Five-Year” period，we should comply with the needs of the economy transformation from investment-led to consumption-led，and further push forward the supply-side reform. While expanding effective investment and playing the key role of investment in economic growth，we should increase public goods and services supply around the transformation and upgrading of consumption. From improving supply and innovation，it should be better to meet consumer demand and create consumer demand. And constantly it will enhance the role of consumption to stimulate the economy，and improve the contribution of consumer demand in economic growth.
