基于第三方评估的精准扶贫绩效分析——以甘肃省东乡县毛沟村为例
文章摘要：“十三五”规划提出今后一段时期国家和地方各级政府扶贫工作的重点转向精准扶贫。对精准扶贫工作效果进行科学评估、提出相应的策略调整，对加快中国反贫困事业将起到积极的推进作用。本文通过对一个典型的贫困村的调查，运用综合评价指标对精准扶贫政策实施进行评估，最后针对分析的问题提出对策建议。
