河南省公共文化服务体系示范区建设研究

Abstract:Since Henan started the construction of the demonstration areas of public cultural service system in 2014，24 cities，counties and districts had been entitled to build demonstration areas by the end of the year 2016，in which 12 demonstration areas had been basically completed the construction respectively from two stages and were waiting for officially acceptance for their remarkable achievements in perfecting public cultural facilities，providing cultural products，improving public cultural services and creating cultural brands. Their achievements set good examples for the other demonstration areas in their future construction. Even so，there still exposed some common deficiencies in the construction of the two stages，for which a deep research should undoubtedly contribute to the construction of the third and fourth entitled demonstration areas，and moreover，will further accelerate the construction of modern public service system，improve public services and powerfully support Henan in making itself into a national cultural highland.
