世贸组织补贴纪律及中国经贸政策的合规性分析

Abstract:With China joined the WTO for 15 years since 2001，China should been automatically recognized as a market economy state. However，the international mainstream market economy countries deny the treaty. And before the deadline，China，as non market countries，has been investigated for many times and cover all kinds of product because of countervailing investigation. And each case has a numerous of countervailing programs. Based on the WTO relative subsidy regulation，according to the final determination of the countervailing，the article analyses the countervailing programs and policy of economy and trade of China. The market economy state such as the United States，European Union，Canada，India，South Korea are all been analyzed by the statistical analysis. Through the comparison of the countervailing program between China and the market economy state，we can recognize the real reason why China is vulnerable to be investigated and the rationality of the policy of economy and trade of China.
