Abstract:In the background of new economic normality，the development of cultural leisure industry has become more important and arisen more attention. This paper summarizes the current background of cultural leisure industry. It benefits from polices implementation，consumption improvement，and Internet technology application. The market size of Chinese cultural leisure industry rapidly develops，public welfare cultural leisure industry smoothly spreads，traditional and emerging cultural leisure industry well develops. However，the industry as a whole is lagging behind reform，demand and supply needing further adjustment and industry development shows a multi-level imbalance. Finally，the article puts forward four proposals from the perspective of deepening reform，innovation exploring consumer demand，supply side，as well as finding balance point of industrial development.
