Abstract:In 2016，the government of Germany successively passed the subsidy program for new energy cars worth 1.2 billion Euros in total，a draft to amend the 2014 edition ofRenewable Energy Law and a resolution to ban all fuel cars from 2030. At present，the traditional industrial development mode is being changed and the green economy strategy is being promoted worldwide. Germany has made a lot of useful explorations to fulfill a sustainable development of economy，energy and environment. China can refer to the experience of Germany and actively promote the green economy by perfecting the construction of laws and regulations，giving a play to the driving force of innovation and strengthening the coordination between each party along the industrial chain.
