Abstract:Under the background of global cyberspace attacks taking place frequently and information leaks emerging in endlessly，China has been pushing forward cyber security construction actively，including the action of setting up the Central Leading Group for Cyberspace Affairs in the beginning of 2014，rising cyber security to national strategic level officially. Accompany with the People’s Republic of China Network Security Law promulgated and numbers of beneficial cyber security policies introduced，domestic cyber security industry shows trend of enlarging scale and rationalizing structure. Relevant enterprises continue to increase their inputs to technical innovation and further explore the way of School-enterprise cooperation. Domestic cyber security investment and financing market are very active，with specific performances of emerging cyber security market becoming attention spot，traditional cyber security enterprise integrating enterprise resources through remove foreign investment，whole cyber security industry transforming and upgrading obviously. Cyber security industry in China is expected to enter high-speed development period under the dual stimulus of policy and market.
