文章摘要：2016年，各类信息泄露、电信诈骗、黑客攻击事件席卷全球，社会对网络安全的关注度空前高涨，为提高公众网络安全意识，普及网络安全知识，营造健康文明的网络环境，维护网络安全，美国、欧盟、日本、澳大利亚、以色列、中国等世界主要国家和地区持续推进网络安全意识教育与宣传活动，推动全社会网络安全理念的进一步深化和网络安全知识技能的普及应用。
