美国《网络安全国家行动计划》实施进展研究

Abstract:On February 9，2016，American Government published Cybersecurity National Action Plan（CNAP），aiming at improving present state of cybersecurity of the federal government and even whole country by the Plan. The Plan consists of a series of short-term measures and long-term strategies，including establishing Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity and Privacy Commission for Federal Government，providing the Federal Chief Information Security Officer for the first time，improving security and resilience of key information infrastructure，enhancing deterrence of cyber space，and proposing to use USD 19 billion，increasing by 35% in comparison with 2016，from 2017 annual financial budget for enhancing cybersecurity. Since the Plan is issued，American Government has actively promoted implementation of CNAP so as to expect comprehensively enhance security of cyber space in America and lay a solid foundation for further deployment and fulfillment of various actions of America in cybersecurity field.
