文章摘要：2016年，美国、欧盟、中国等多个国家和地区在网络安全立法领域取得突破。其中，美国出台《保护商业秘密法》，加大商业秘密保护力度；欧盟先后投票通过一般数据保护条例和《网络与信息系统安全指令》，加强数据保护和网络安全综合立法；中国则通过了网络安全法，这是中国首部网络安全基本法，它的出台具有划时代意义。
