文章摘要：产业政策是促进产业发展的重要推动力量，当前我国已经形成了以《新材料产业“十二五”发展规划》为核心的新材料产业政策体系。我国现行的新材料产业政策体系比较完善，重点突出，保障政策完善，在执行层面上针对新材料的财政投入大、土地保障力度大，产业政策落实情况较好。但是，我国新材料产业政策还缺少相应的统计政策和监管政策作为支撑，激励机制仍需进一步完善。
