新一代信息技术产业相关政策解析

Abstract:The new generation information technology，as an important part of the strategic emerging industries，has great significance in promoting China’s economic growth and structural adjustment，and in promoting China’s new technology，new industries and new commercial forms. In recent years，governments at all levels have introduced a number of policies to support the development of the new generation information technology industry. This paper aims to classify and analyze the policies with respect to the 6 sub-industries of the new generation information technology industry，carried out during the 12th Five-Year Plan and the early 13th Five-Year Plan. Through the policy research with consideration to the industrial characteristic and development trends，the paper makes constructive suggestions and provide policy reference for the development of the industry in the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
