Abstract:The construction of FTZ is an important national strategy of China. China has established China（Shanghai）Pilot Free Trade Zone，China（Tianjin）Pilot Free Trade Zone，China（Fujian）Pilot Free Trade Zone and China（Guangdong）Pilot Free Trade Zone. In this case，China have explored in many aspects in the area of investment，trade，finance，entrepreneurship and innovation，regulatory and other things in afterwards. China has earned a large number of experiences which can be extended and copied. The resources and industry base get larger difference between these four FTZ，and they all get some achievement after a period of development. The development of FTZ would play an important role in promoting of the construction of “the Belt and Road”.
