Abstract:This Report focuses on domestic and foreign typical open source platforms that have become essential stage for tech giants to display their achievements on AI. By providing cloud services，tech giants are able to provide simplified AI services and reduce costs. As users are not capable of conducting research on intelligent search engine independently，they are able to use intelligent engine with API interface or URL provided by tech enterprise. Google，Microsoft，IBM and other foreign tech giants have already opened various application interfaces including voice processing，video processing，text analysis，sentiment analysis，language understanding，machine learning and AI. Domestic companies like Baidu，Ali and Tencent actively quicken their pace to catch up by providing characteristic application services to numerous domestic small and medium-sized enterprises and developers.
