文章摘要：如何利用上海自贸试验区这个改革开放的试验田，进一步扩大上海文化贸易的发展，并待时机成熟后推广复制到全国其他地区，是本文研究的基本出发点。在借鉴三个有典型代表意义的国家——美国、卢森堡和韩国的文化贸易发展经验基础上，结合对上海市文化贸易发展情况、上海自贸试验区在文化贸易发展方面的举措与成效的分析，本文从促进文化产品出口贸易和文化服务贸易的扩大发展两个方面提出相关发展建议。
