文章摘要：20世纪90年代以来，自由贸易协定（FTA）开始在全球盛行。通过签订双边或多边FTA，成员国之间的经济相互依存度日益提高。FTA的相互依存效应会影响到地区和相关国家的安全，这种经济与安全的关系正是经济安全的主要表现。进入21世纪，日本开始推行以东南亚为重点的FTA战略。受国际和国内因素的综合影响，日本的东南亚FTA战略中体现出了确保资源、能源、粮食、制造业和海上交通运输等各方面经济安全的考虑。
