文章摘要:食品饮料行业由于其行业特点,需要消耗大量的水资源。因此建立食品饮料行业的水足迹标准,就有十分重大的意义。一方面建立食品饮料行业水足迹标准,可以对企业的水资源管理进行指导,分析企业生产环节的水资源利用情况,提出合理的节水措施。另一方面通过对食品饮料产品水足迹的计算,可以提高消费者对水足迹的认识和对水资源重要性的重视,对消费者的消费行为进行引导,发挥公众的影响,使企业更加注重水资源节约和保护。

Abstract:It is characteristic of food and beverage industries to consume huge amount of water, so it is of great significance to establish water footprint standard for such industries. On one hand, water footprint standard can provide water management guide for food and beverage manufacturers, proposing adequate water-saving measures by analyzing water consumption in production processes. On the other hand, disclosing water footprint of food and beverage products can raise consumers' awareness of water conservation, so as to lead them to prefer lower-water-footprint products, which can urge the enterprises to save and protect water resources.
