Abstract:In the internet era，the college students who are growing up with the development of network show great interest in the network language. The network language is lively and interesting with a variety of creativity，at the same time，it connotes a certain degree of ridicule and irony，reflecting the social reality of the sensitivity and freshness. Thus the network language gets the universal acceptance of college students and they become the main creators and users of the network language. Network language is more in line with the psychological characteristics and psychological needs of college students，and the rapid development of new media is a major contributor for the popularity of net language among college students. The network language has positive as well as negative influence on the college students，thus college educators should study and grasp the network language，so that the ideological and political education of college students can be more targeted and effective.
