上海土地污染防治挑战与发展转型

Abstract:Although people pay more attention to the land pollution, the public has little understanding of land pollution's harm than air pollution and water pollution, because of the characteristic of hidden and hysteresis quality. Shanghai has done lots of useful exploration on land pollution control. In this article, we think the impact of land containment is being increased through the assessment of Shanghai's land pollution status. Without take action to deal with this pollution, there will bring more serious environment risk. So this paper provides some suggestions from the aspect of risk-based management, legislation, financing and stakeholder's involvement. In addition, It is worth to learning American's experience on brown field recovery.
