2016年巴西教育的变化与政治背景分析

Abstract:The present paper aims to provide an overview of education in Brazil，today，in the year of 2016. For this，it is necessary to reconstruct the 13 years of PT（Workers’ Party）rule，which still shapes what exists at present，in spite of the parliamentary coup perpetrated in August 2016，which strays from the project elected in 2014. This will be addressed in the study，as well as a brief historical contextualization of education in the scenario inherited by the PT government from former presidents，the military dictatorship（1964-1985），and even consequences of the colonial past. In this way，the paper is divided into an introduction，where there is the historical context，then an analysis of PT policies，in which education was a strategy for modernization of capitalism，and，finally，proposals by the put schist government to dismantle the previous education program.
