农民合作社联合社扶持政策研究

Abstract:The union and cooperation are the inevitable trend for the development of the farmers’ cooperatives. At present the China’s cooperatives unions have showed positive effects on agricultural assets purchase uniformly，aggregating high quality production resources，skill cultivating，fund cooperation，production quality maintenance，establishing the brand，production sales uniformly and the market price maintenance. In the meantime，it also takes significant impact on developing economies of scale，extending industrial chains，serving the agriculture，rural area and farmer，spreading advanced technology and promoting the farmers’ income. As a result，it’s necessary to set up the policy support system to accelerate the growth of the cooperation unions.
