独立理事制度对合作社信贷约束的缓解机制研究

Abstract:The main barrier for the development of the farmers’ cooporatives is the shortage of the fund. This paper analysis the function which the rural credit cooperatives in Heze，Shandong Province relieve the cooperatives’ credit limitation by sending independent director to the cooperative via using the theory of financial credit contract behavior based on three farmers’ cooperatives’ cases. The research shows that the independent director system between the rural credit cooperatives and cooperatives will make full use of the advantages of their special system function，distinctly decrease the transaction costs for the credit cooperatives providing a loan to the cooperatives，improve the cooperatives’ guarantee ability and raise the success probability for the cooperatives’ projects. Therefore，it will upgrade the willing of rural credit cooperatives providing loans and relieve the limitation of cooperatives’ credit.
