Abstract:The concept of “Green Development” is an innovative one integrating Marxist theory of ecological civilization and the reality of China’s economic and social development. Quanjiao County has adhered to the guidance of the concept of Green Development，and scientifically planned the framework of ecological construction；optimized structures，coordinated plans，and focussed on ecological economy；addressed both symptoms and causes，and taken multiple measures to tackle environmental pollution；benefited the people through green development，joint construction and sharing，and created an ideal ecological environment for living；established rules and regulations for accountability，improved mechanisms for strict supervision，and fully promoted ecological construction，achieving significant outcomes and exerting positive influences.
