2016～2017年安徽社会发展形势分析与预测

Abstract:During 2016 which marked the beginning of the 13th Five-year Plan，Anhui Province actively implemented new concepts for development，and effectively promoted supply-side reforms，leading to a series of achievements in political，economic，social，cultural and ecological areas. The economic operation is generally stable，and emerging industries are blossoming； Two Learn’s and One Become campaign is effectively underway，and rural and urban communities are in coordinated development；ecological governance is characterized by frequent achievements，and an ecologically strong province is steadily on the march；social security is constantly improving，and social undertakings are comprehensively advancing；precision poverty alleviation is rigorously conducted with outstanding progress made in critical fronts；cultural development is characterized by highlights，and a culturally strong province is making steady strides；Beautiful Village campaign is steadily promoted，and rural reform is constantly deepening；innovative achievements keep emerging，ushering a new boom of innovation in Anhui. The province is fully integrated into national strategy，actively strives to be an inland high ground for opening up，and promotes the coordinated regional development. In the new era，Anhui still faces problems in economic and social development，which are mainly as follows：relatively complex development environment，bottleneck in industrial development，inadequate capacity for cultural innovation，relatively serious environmental pollution，demanding tasks in precision poverty alleviation，chronic high frequency of conflicts and disputes，inadequate growth of governance subjects，and difficulties in township development. This report proposes corresponding policy countermeasures to address the above problems in order to provide references and advice for Anhui to attain stable economic and social development in the future，and for relevant decision-making.
