文章摘要：当前金融信息服务管理领域的政策主要可概括为发布、传播和安全管理三大类。根据行政部门职责，条块分割管理和金融分业管理是当前管理体制的两大主要特点，许可管理、监督检查、从业资质管理是当前主要的三大管理制度。管理体制和管理制度的不完善，加上技术发展出现迅速变化，导致金融信息服务管理中出现诸多问题。
