Abstract:The rapid development of Information Communication Technology（ICT）has brought about great changes in the policies，economic，social and technological of traditional financial environment. Internet finance is growing extremely quickly，and the opportunities and challenges coexist. In China，banking industry，insurance industry and securities industry reusing the internet technology and the internet concept to transform traditional finance，build “internet & finance” and develop “Fintech” vigorously. The development of E-bank and mobile banking is fast. In particular，each bank is competing to build the integrated internet financial services platform. In order to gather customer resources and financial information，extend the traditional business，these banks also expand the business of e-marketing of the financial products，wealth management and payment，establish the financial information portal and e-commerce platform. Insurance industry carries out internet insurance business，starting from the internet marketing of insurance product and extending to the electric business platform. Securities industry carries out the big capital tube business in the online platform，constructs platform for financial services covering all securities industry chain and builds online supermarket of fund products. Trust companies also put forward platform strategy.
