文章摘要：本文分析了欧洲国家非遗保护案例以及对广州非遗保护的启示。考虑到非物质文化遗产门类丰富、保护方式众多，本文选取威尼斯狂欢节、苏格兰格子法案和法国美食文化，从节日习俗、民俗、饮食三个方面分析其不同的保护、传承发展模式，并选取广州类似的非遗案例进行对比分析，这有助于将优秀的国际经验借鉴到广州非遗保护模式中。
Abstract:Each country has different protection mode for its excellent traditional culture.European has rich cultural phenomenons.In this passage，we choose the Venice carnival，plaid bill and French food culture as cases，analyzing the protection mode from festival，folk and food culture.Studying the different intangible cultural heritage protection in Europe，we can take it in Guangzhou，and form a new protection pattern. 展开
