论澳门土地批给公开招标的修改与完善

Abstract:With the increasing development of economy and society in Macao，allocation and exploitation of limited land resource is becoming a sharp problem. On that background，congress amends the Land Law in many aspects in 2013，especially in the land approval system. After amendment，the land approval is required for public bidding，only in certain exceptional cases，the public bidding can be exempted. And if land approval is exempted from public bidding，some contents about it will be disclosed. These measures will work together to protect Macao land resource. This article discusses these amendments and comments the whole effects.
