文章摘要：中国参与海上丝绸之路沿线港口建设是“一带一路”建设的重要内容，也是中国参与地区治理和扩大中国在海外经济存在的重要抓手。有鉴于此，本文围绕当前域外大国在海上丝绸之路沿线战略港口的军事部署，中国参与海上丝绸之路沿线战略港口建设的现状，中国参与海上丝绸之路沿线港口建设的优势进行了论述，对中国参与海上丝绸之路沿线港口建设的措施提出了对策建议。
