文章摘要：新疆是中国与中亚地区毗邻的唯一省区，也是中国向西开放的“桥头堡”。自1980年代改革开放后，中国新疆企业赴中亚投资呈现快速发展态势，并形成一定规模，取得突出成绩。中国新疆企业在中亚投资过程中也出现一系列问题。有些问题是企业自身造成的，也有当地环境问题和中方投资管理政策性问题。本文拟就中国新疆企业赴中亚投资现状与问题进行简单梳理，据此提出对策建议。
Abstract:Being China’s only province bordering Central Asia，Xinjiang is the spearhead in China’s westward opening-up.
