Abstract:Marine alien species’ invasions nowadays have become the key issues which arouse he attention of the international community considering the marine environment protection and marine biodiversity preservation. Each year，the intentional or unintentional introduction of marine alien species has made coastal countries suffered great economic and marine ecological losses. It is necessary to seek effective solutions to solve. As marine biodiversity protection leaders in the world，the United States，Canada and Australia，have experience the marine alien species’ invasion severely. These three countries made relatively systematic domestic legislative system to conquer the issues which reflect their compliance with the relevant international conventions about marine invasive species’ prevention and control.
