华人家族企业的关系类型管理机制研究
文章摘要:本文旨在探讨华人家族企业中管理者身份关系与其所拥有的权力和对部属的影响战略之间的关联性。在结合华人社会的关系(Guanxi)理论、权力基础和影响战略等三个概念的基础上,对家族企业管理者进行问卷调查,共回收289份有效问卷。经过多因素方差分析和阶层回归分析后发现,家族企业中不同关系类型的管理者所拥有的权力和对待部属的影响战略都有所不同;拥有越多职位权的管理者,尤其是属于家人关系的管理者,在对待部属上越会使用刚强果断的方式。朋友关系的管理者在家族... 展开
