中国共享型住宿业的创新与挑战

Abstract:Sharing accommodation and short-term renting house are the ones of the earliest sharing business. At current China，sharing accommodation industry is going on a rapid-speed development. These non-standard accommodation companies feathered with sharing houses are leading this profound reform in traditional accommodation industry. Specifically，these reforms can be recognized from four aspects：expanding tourism supply and reforming the supply pattern in tourism industry；bringing fantastic experiences from tourism；innovating business pattern of sharing accommodation；improving the social and economic sustainability. Meanwhile，the sharing accommodation industry is facing several challenges，such as the contradiction with traditional accommodation industry，the imperfect industrial supervision system，the defective safe and credit system，and the deficiency of consumption habit in aspect of sharing.
