Abstract:Brexit reflects a more complex world in which globalization，anti-globalization，and re-globalization are intertwined. It has brought great uncertainty to regional integration，global governance，and geopolitics. In the post-Brexit era，governance will face greater uncertainties and unknown challenges. In the short term，Brexit has brought about a fragmentation of regional and global governance rules. Although EU rules are relatively sophisticated，in an era of open economies those who need to deal with the UK and the European Union will face an unfamiliar environment，so it will be difficult to predict the future within a certain period.
