文章摘要：2015～2016年度，大洋洲国家政局总体较为平稳，虽然不少国家经历了大选和政权交接，但并未出现政治动荡。经济上发展和挫折并存，经济增长缓慢，并呈现明显的差异性。大洋洲国家各个层面的区域合作在探索中前行，并围绕可持续发展这一核心主题进行。中国与大洋洲国家关系发展较为平稳，大洋洲各国对中国提出的“一带一路”倡议均抱有积极的态度，希望搭乘中国经济发展的快车。
